   Off course it’s a proper blog. After all we have to give you an excuse to put off fin­ish­ing the book, right? We would­n’t want you to get over­worked and over­stressed. We’re strictly here for ther­a­peu­tic value.

   How about a few blogs on anec­dotes from the DG tour? Maybe a story for each tour stop? I seem to recall a cer­tain blog­ger expos­ing her­self to you in a bar..

   Hello Guy,

   I’ve made it over here before, and thought I would finally say hi, as I see some of my fel­low Irregulars from David’s board have stopped by.

   If you do hap­pen to make it to the east coast in the USA, you’ve got a good group of folks that will hope­fully fill the house for you. We Irregulars are quite the loyal ones, and despite our name, fairly reg­u­lar, and that’s with no extra fiber in our diets.

   I’m really look­ing for­ward to the book, too.

   That would be an awsome show Guy, with all of us irreg­u­lars in atten­dance… he would feel our pres­ence on stage with him, me thinks.
   We could erect one very large back porch for pre and post show fes­tiv­i­ties.

   Ideas for top­ics. Oooh, that’s a dan­ger­ous invi­ta­tion. Lah lah lah.

   Well, obvi­ously, top­ics and such regard­ing the tours and book and all are pretty much in the ‘well DUH!!!’ cat­e­gory. Natterings about music and instru­ments would prob­a­bly turn into a rather edu­ca­tional thread (espe­cially as my poor bass needs a good luthier right now or I need to learn this stuff myself).

   Maybe a respect­ful thread on pol­i­tics might be in order, given how a num­ber of us are not fans of the cur­rent régime in the US — although that’s no rea­son for those who are fans to keep quiet. I mean, if that’s pos­si­ble to keep it civil, since it’s one of the two top­ics one is not sup­posed to dis­cuss in polite com­pany. Maybe if there are any char­i­ties you sup­port, we could dis­cuss them and how best to give them sup­port, for those so inclined.

   I’d prob­a­bly also sug­gest maybe not­ing which top­ics are /​not/​ appro­pri­ate to men­tion or dis­cuss…? After all, this is your party, Guy. 🙂 Incessant chat about my new­found addic­tion for World of Warcraft is prob­a­bly not on-topic. 😉

   Have a cool week­end, every­one. If you get any snow, send it my way. And if I find out my ex-room­mate did a por­trait of ya, Guy, when she was doing sketches of musi­cians she liked (and she has a seri­ous thing for Icehouse), I’m gonna laugh.
